Shocking Harassment Case Unveiled at Lala Kishanchand College: Professor Ajay Bind Forces Student into Car, Attempts to Strip Clothing

Gangoh, Saharanpur – An incident surfaced from Lala Kishanchand Government Postgraduate College in Saharanpur, where a female student accused her college’s Hindi professor Ajay Bind of harassment. When the student went to the local police station with her family, they lodged a complaint formally.

The victim, in her statement, mentioned that she always walks home from college. On one particular day, as she was walking home, her professor stopped her. He insisted on giving her a lift, but she refused. Still, the professor forcefully grabbed her and pulled her into his car, seating her in the front seat. He touched her improperly during the ride.

When she refused, he insisted on taking her alone to the college, inviting her for private tuitions. When she denied, he threatened to fail her. The student further alleged that on Tuesday, during a break, the professor dragged her into a classroom and tried to strip her while performing obscene acts. Frightened and shouting for help, she managed to escape and reported the incident to the college management.

Police File Case Against Ajay Bind

Both the college administration and the police have been swift in action after the incident. The local police have filed an FIR against the accused professor, Ajay Bind. The investigation is still going on and the student has been sent for a medical examination.

In response to this serious allegation, the administration of Maa Shakumbhari Devi University has constituted an inquiry team consisting of three female principals from adjacent districts. The team went to the college and secretly recorded statements from around 50 students and employees. The staff and the principal had been kept out of the investigation process so that it could remain unbiased.

Ritu Verma, the principal of the college, confirmed that the investigation is conducted confidentially. She said the team had approached her to collect information about the case, but due to the confidentiality of the investigation, she was not able to disclose any information. Several other students have also come forward with their testimonies and supported the victim’s claims.

Students and other high-ranking members of society had submitted written complaints about the accused professor to the college principal months ago. However, it is alleged that the principal tried to hush the matter and protect the accused. The university and police administration are now seriously considering this issue, with enhanced efforts to ensure justice for the victim.

Will the case of the infamous professor finally yield justice? Does he stand on trial for himself, or for those who actually tried to safeguard him? One waits to see some action. Justice will surely catch up, the situation being constantly watched, the swift act.
