Ajay Rai’s Close Associate Amit Pathak Arrested in Varanasi in Connection with Multiple Robbery Cases

Varanasi Police have arrested two notorious criminals involved in a series of robberies, thefts, and cases of molestation. Among the arrested is Amit Pathak (45), the personal assistant to Ajay Rai, the State President of the Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee, along with his accomplice.

The charges include extortion (Section 384), night burglary (Section 457), robbery (Section 392), insult (Section 504), criminal intimidation (Section 506), and molestation of a woman (Section 354) under the Indian Penal Code.
