A stroke of luck changed the life of a truck driver Harpinder Singh from the village of Barwa. Harpinder Singh won Rs 10 crore recently in Punjab State Dear Lohri Makar Sakranti Bumper 2025. The winning amount is the highest any winner has taken in the lottery drawn in Punjab so far.
Harpender Singh is a truck driver in Kuwait who came from a modest background. Talking to the press with great enthusiasm, he declared his win miraculous. “I cannot believe my luck. It is truly by the grace of God that I won,” he said. One should definitely buy a ticket at least once in life. With his newfound fortune, Harpinder plans to invest in establishing a business for his son, ensuring a secure future for his family.

As Punjab’s lottery is announcing higher prizes every year, the madness for tickets among buyers is just increasing,” said Kakkar amidst flower petals and the beating of drums to celebrate the win.
