Actor and Bigg Boss 13 fame Shefali Bagga has strongly reacted to the circulation of AI-generated posters falsely portraying her in a relationship with Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal. Calling the content “disgusting” and “shameful,” Bagga publicly condemned online trolls for targeting women with fabricated narratives.

The actor shared one such manipulated image on her Instagram story on Saturday, expressing outrage over the misuse of artificial intelligence to create misleading and objectionable visuals.
“This Is Disgusting”: Shefali Bagga Hits Back at Trolls
In her Instagram post, Shefali Bagga did not mince words while addressing the issue. Reacting to the fake posters, she wrote:
“This is disgusting! The way these trolls treat girls is so shameful. Get a life. Classic representation of our mentality.”
The AI-generated poster featured Bagga alongside Yuzvendra Chahal and also included his former wife, dancer Dhanashree Verma, and radio jockey RJ Mahvash, both of whom have previously been linked to the cricketer.
Bagga’s strong statement has sparked fresh conversations around digital ethics, online harassment, and the misuse of AI tools, especially against women in the public eye.
Rumours Sparked After Restaurant Sighting
The controversy began last month when Shefali Bagga and Yuzvendra Chahal were spotted exiting a restaurant together. Soon after, speculation spread rapidly across social media platforms, with users assuming a romantic connection between the two.
However, neither Bagga nor Chahal ever confirmed any relationship, making the AI-generated visuals not just misleading but also invasive.
Chahal’s Past Relationship in the Spotlight Again
Yuzvendra Chahal was previously married to choreographer and social media influencer Dhanashree Verma. The couple tied the knot in 2020 and officially announced their separation in 2025.
Despite the separation being public knowledge, Chahal’s personal life continues to attract speculation, often dragging unrelated individuals into unverified narratives.
Growing Concern Over AI Misuse and Online Harassment
Bagga’s reaction highlights a larger issue surrounding the unchecked use of artificial intelligence in content creation, especially when it crosses ethical boundaries.
Experts have repeatedly warned about how AI-generated images can damage reputations, spread misinformation, and fuel online harassment, particularly targeting women celebrities.
By calling out the trolls publicly, Bagga has added her voice to the growing demand for greater accountability and stricter regulations on digital platforms.
