According to sources, the incident took place on May 13, 2025, near the Bhanpura area on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. The CCTV footage, now widely circulated online, shows a white car stopping in the middle of the road. The video then captures BJP leader Manohar lal Dhakad stepping out of the car with a woman — who appears to be undressed — and engaging in an explicit act in full public view.

The car seen in the video is registered in Dhakad’s name, as per official records from the Transport Department.

Rajesh Dixit, BJP District President of Mandsaur, commented,

Manoj Kumar Singh, DIG of Ratlam Range, confirmed that an FIR has been registered at Bhanpura Police Station under sections 296, 285, and 3(5) of the Indian Penal Code.

“We are actively investigating the viral video. The incident falls under our jurisdiction, and all legal procedures are being followed,” Singh said.

The charges include acts of public obscenity, endangering road safety, and violating decency norms.
