
On the morning of January 20, 2025, a fire broke out near a camp in Sector 16, where a Kinnar Akhada camp had set up. Around 2:53 AM, smoke began rising from one of the tents, which quickly attracted a crowd. The incident occurred close to where a camp of the Samajwadi Party was also set up. Upon hearing the commotion, many locals gathered at the site.
The Fire Department received a prompt notice and fire people reached the area soon. Firemen were able to control the flames so it would not endanger any life and property. Good news is no person was hurt or property was damaged due to the incident.
