The three-minute CCTV clip begins like any ordinary morning on Road 45. Traffic flows smoothly. Cars pass in both directions. Pedestrians move along the sidewalks. For the first few seconds, there is nothing unusual about the scene.

Then, at exactly 10:32:16 am, a bright red Ferrari suddenly enters the frame from the left at what appears to be very high speed. Within a fraction of a second, the luxury sports car mounts the central divider, goes airborne briefly, and crashes head-on into a grey hatchback travelling in the opposite lane.

The impact is violent. The front portion of the hatchback is completely crushed, and the vehicle is thrown nearly six feet to the side. A second hatchback behind it gets caught in the chain collision. A two-wheeler rider is also knocked off balance after being struck in the aftermath. What had been a routine commute turns into chaos in just seconds.

Moments after the collision, a man in a white shirt is seen stepping out of the Ferrari. He raises his hands, appearing to apologise to those around him, before moving quickly to check on others still inside the car. Bystanders, shaken but quick to react, rush toward the accident site to help the injured.

Police later identified the Ferrari driver as Kranthi Reddy. The vehicle is reportedly registered to E Venkata Raja Reddy. Officials confirmed that the driver was not under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. A case has been registered based on complaints from those injured.

Kranthi Reddy has claimed that the accident occurred due to sudden brake failure and a steering lock, which allegedly caused him to lose control of the high-performance car. Authorities have stated that officials from the Road Transport Authority will inspect the damaged Ferrari to determine whether a mechanical fault was indeed responsible.

Luxury sports cars are built with advanced braking and stability systems, but investigators say only a detailed technical examination can confirm whether mechanical failure played a role. CCTV footage and eyewitness accounts are now being analysed to reconstruct the exact sequence of events.

Three injured individuals were shifted to a nearby private hospital for treatment. Officials confirmed that their injuries are not life-threatening. The accident, however, has once again sparked debate over speeding and the use of high-performance vehicles on busy urban roads.

Road 45 in Jubilee Hills is known for heavy traffic and its proximity to celebrity residences, commercial establishments, and upscale homes. Traffic authorities have repeatedly urged motorists to adhere strictly to speed limits in such areas.

As the investigation continues, the footage stands as a stark reminder of how quickly control can be lost on city roads. In a matter of seconds, a powerful machine and a moment of instability turned an ordinary morning into a scene of twisted metal, shattered glass, and shaken lives.
