The 35-year-old artist, who once served as a Punjab police officer, was rushed to Fortis Hospital, Mohali, on September 27 after suffering severe head and spinal injuries in a road accident near Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.

In a medical bulletin issued by Fortis Hospital, the authorities stated:
“His neurological status continues to be critical, with no significant clinical improvement observed. The overall prognosis remains guarded.”
According to hospital sources, experts from the Critical Care and Neurosciences departments are jointly supervising Jawanda’s treatment. His condition remains fragile, with doctors emphasizing that the next few days will be crucial.
How the Accident Happened
Police reports confirm that Jawanda was traveling with friends on a biking trip to Shimla when he lost control of his motorcycle near Baddi in Solan district. He was immediately shifted to Fortis Hospital in Mohali in an “extremely critical” state.
The accident left him with multiple injuries, including trauma to the head and spine, which required urgent critical care intervention.
