Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), India’s largest FMCG company, has announced the appointment of Niranjan Gupta as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The company’s board of directors approved the decision on 21 August 2025. Niranjan Gupta will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer (designate) from 1 September 2025 and will officially assume full charge on 1 November 2025. His tenure will last till 31 October 2030.

“The Board of Directors of the Company, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, has approved the appointment of Mr. Niranjan Gupta (DIN: 07806792) as Chief Financial Officer (Designate) with effect from September 1, 2025.”
