As per official reports, Shubham is accused of secretly filming over 130 Sex videos involving women at various hotels and restaurants and circulating them on social media.

The disturbing revelations came to light after two separate FIRs were filed against Shubham. One complaint was lodged by his wife, who revealed in her statement that she had been mentally and physically harassed since their marriage. According to her, Shubham Gupta not only abused her but also used explicit videos to threaten and demean her regularly. She further alleged that her husband had illicit relationships with several women and filmed the encounters without their consent.

In a parallel complaint, another woman came forward with similar accusations. She claimed that Shubham filmed her secretly and later leaked the videos online, causing immense emotional trauma and social embarrassment.

Responding to the growing pressure, CO City Santosh Kumar confirmed that FIRs had been registered based on both complaints and that raids are underway to arrest the accused. Initial investigations suggest the videos were recorded at multiple locations, including private hotel rooms and restaurant lounges.

This scandal has not only shocked the entire district but has also put the BJP under intense scrutiny. While the party’s local unit, including the Mahila Morcha, remains silent on the issue, opposition parties have taken a strong stance. Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav criticized the BJP, stating, “This explosive scandal with 130 Sex videos comes straight from the BJP’s own house. They can’t blame the opposition for this. Women’s dignity is clearly at risk under BJP’s rule.”
