Shubham Gupta Obscene Video Goes Viral

The BJP leader’s daughter-in-law has filed a formal complaint with the police, accusing her husband of severe mental and physical abuse. According to her statement, her husband filmed obscene videos with multiple women and used them to intimidate her. She alleged that he would often tell her, “You can’t do anything to me, my mother is a big BJP leader.” The couple was married on November 30, 2021, in Mainpuri’s BM Garden.

She further claimed that she was subjected to constant domestic violence and dowry-related harassment by her in-laws. In her complaint, she said she was locked inside the house, deprived of food, forced to sleep on the floor, and insulted regularly. She also alleged that her husband was in an illicit relationship with another woman and would record explicit videos with her at hotels and restaurants, later using them to threaten and shame her.

In a shocking twist, a young woman seen in the viral videos has also come forward and filed a case against the BJP leader’s daughter-in-law, her sister, and her brother-in-law. The woman alleged that her private videos were stolen and shared without consent in an attempt to blackmail her for money. When she refused to pay, the videos were leaked online.

The viral clips reportedly show the BJP leader’s son Shubham Gupta in compromising situations with a woman at various locations in the city. As the videos spread rapidly across social media and messaging apps, public outrage and political pressure have intensified.

City CO Santosh Kumar Singh confirmed that a case under the IT Act has been registered against the daughter-in-law and her two relatives, and a thorough investigation is underway.

The issue has taken on major political dimensions, with opposition parties like Samajwadi Party, BSP, and Congress attacking the BJP. SP president Akhilesh Yadav reacted on social media, comparing the incident to the infamous Karnataka scandal involving BJP leaders. He wrote, “The Mainpuri ‘130 video’ scandal is another proof of the BJP’s moral bankruptcy. This is no longer a ‘party with a difference,’ but a party of different scandals.”

The BJP leader’s family, once considered politically influential in the region, is now under public and legal scrutiny. With both the daughter-in-law and the woman in the videos filing serious charges, the case has now become a high-profile investigation.

As the scandal unfolds, questions are being raised about misuse of political power, online privacy violations, and the deep-rooted issues of domestic abuse and digital exploitation. The Mainpuri video leak case is not just a family dispute anymore — it has become a social storm with far-reaching consequences.
