In a heartfelt Instagram story, the composer expressed deep disappointment over the stream of online assumptions surrounding his personal life. Without naming anyone, he said it was emotionally draining to watch people “react so easily on baseless rumours” about something deeply personal and sacred to him.
Palash wrote that the past few weeks have been painful, adding that conversations driven by unverified information have caused unexpected distress to both families. He urged people to be mindful of the impact of their words in the online space.

Despite the emotional toll, Palash said he intends to move forward with dignity.
“It’s the most difficult phase of my life and I will deal with it gracefully, holding on to my beliefs,” he wrote. He also hoped society would learn to “pause before judging someone based on unverified gossip,” reminding readers that online remarks can wound others in ways not immediately visible.

Signalling a more assertive approach going forward, the composer stated that his team is already preparing legal action against individuals or platforms responsible for spreading false or defamatory content. He appealed for privacy and sensitivity during this period.
