Manoharlal Dhakad Sex Video Part 2: Alleged BJP Leader Granted Bail, Denies Involvement, Claims Car Was Sold

Manoharlal Dhakad Sex Video Part 2: In a high-profile case that sparked widespread outrage across Madhya Pradesh, Manoharlal Dhakad, an alleged BJP leader accused of engaging in obscene acts with a woman on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, has been granted bail just a day after his arrest. The controversial incident, which was captured on CCTV and widely circulated on social media, led to the registration of a case by the local police.

The video, showing a man involved in indecent behavior with a woman inside a vehicle on the expressway in Mandsaur district, triggered a storm of criticism and political backlash. Under mounting public and political pressure, Dhakad surrendered at Bhawani police station on Sunday. Following his release on bail, he addressed the media and denied all allegations.

“I am not the person in the viral video,” Dhakad stated firmly. “The car being referred to in this case no longer belongs to me. I had sold it some time ago.” He also distanced himself from the Bharatiya Janata Party, stating that he holds no official position or affiliation with the party. “Yes, my wife is a BJP-supported Zila Panchayat member, but I am not involved with the party in any capacity,” he clarified.

In a surprising twist, Dhakad hinted at filing a defamation suit against the expressway management, holding them accountable for allegedly misrepresenting him and maligning his public image. When questioned by authorities about the woman seen in the footage, Dhakad maintained his stance of innocence, saying, “If I’m not the man in the video, how can I possibly know anything about the woman?”

Adding another layer of complexity to the case, police sources have revealed serious allegations of blackmail against toll staff working on the expressway. According to Dhakad’s statement to the police, toll operators allegedly demanded ₹1 lakh from him to delete the CCTV footage. He claimed that ₹20,000 was paid on the spot, and the remainder was to be settled later. When no agreement was reached, the toll staff reportedly resorted to screen recording the footage and releasing it in parts on social media eight days later.

Although Dhakad has not publicly accused anyone of blackmail, the police are now actively investigating the toll personnel involved. Ratlam DIG Manoj Kumar Singh confirmed that the police are examining these blackmail allegations seriously and will interrogate the toll staff who were responsible for circulating the video.

The viral content consists of three separate clips, which reportedly originated from a single video lasting 7 minutes and 27 seconds. The footage, recorded between 8:22 PM and 8:29 PM on May 13, was allegedly split and distributed widely across social platforms, further intensifying the controversy.

As investigations continue, this incident highlights not only issues of personal conduct but also growing concerns about digital privacy, blackmail, and the misuse of surveillance footage. The final outcome of the case may set a precedent for how similar incidents are handled in the future—both by law enforcement and the public.
