Disha Salian Death Case: The tragic case of Disha Salian’s death has taken a fresh turn as her father, Satish Salian, has filed a written complaint with the Mumbai Police Commissioner. The complaint seeks the registration of an FIR against Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aaditya Thackeray and several others, accusing them of involvement in his daughter’s alleged gang rape and murder.
According to advocate Nilesh Ojha, representing Satish Salian, the complaint names Aaditya Thackeray, former Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh, former cop Sachin Vaze, actors Dino Morea and Suraj Pancholi along with his bodyguard, and actress Rhea Chakraborty. The complaint has reportedly been accepted by the Joint Commissioner of Police.
Serious Allegations and Claims of Cover-Up
Addressing the media, advocate Ojha made explosive claims, alleging that Parambir Singh was the “main mastermind” behind covering up the case to protect Aaditya Thackeray. “Parambir Singh held a press conference back in 2020 and fabricated lies to save Aaditya Thackeray,” he alleged. The lawyer further stated that the FIR includes details from the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) investigation, which purportedly links Aaditya Thackeray to drug-related activities.
“Aaditya Thackeray is the main accused in this gang rape and murder case, while his father, Uddhav Thackeray, is accused of misusing power to cover up the crime. We have also mentioned Aaditya Thackeray’s alleged links to a drug cartel in the complaint,” Ojha claimed, adding that supporting evidence, including certain photographs, would be released soon.
A Long-Standing Mystery
Disha Salian, a celebrity manager, was found dead on June 8, 2020, in Mumbai. Her death was followed by the shocking demise of actor Sushant Singh Rajput on June 14, 2020, which led to widespread speculation and conspiracy theories. While Disha’s death was initially ruled as suicide, her family has repeatedly sought further investigation, alleging foul play.
The new developments come in the wake of reports suggesting that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed a closure report regarding Sushant Singh Rajput’s case, nearly five years after his untimely death. Sushant, 34, was found dead in his Bandra apartment, and his post-mortem report cited asphyxia as the cause of death.
What Lies Ahead?
The latest complaint by Satish Salian has reignited debates and discussions about the two high-profile deaths. With demands for a fresh probe gaining traction, all eyes are now on the Mumbai Police and the legal proceedings that will follow.
As the case unfolds, the quest for justice continues for the families of both Disha Salian and Sushant Singh Rajput, who remain determined to seek the truth behind the mysterious deaths that shook the nation.
