In the Civil Lines area of Moradabad, a tragic incident took place when a 21-year-old B.Sc Nursing student, Jyoti Singh, was found hanging from the ceiling fan in her hostel room. She was a first-year student in the B.Sc Nursing program at RSD Academy and was a resident of Ramganga Vihar Kesari Kunj.
She didn’t answer the phone calls, and it was upon concern that her roommates came to check on her, finding her lifeless body hanging in her room. The authorities were informed, and within no time, the police and forensic teams arrived at the scene.
The investigation team took her mobile phone and laptop for further investigations. The post-mortem report has confirmed that she died due to hanging. SP City Kumar Ranvijay Singh said Jyoti Singh was a native of Babni, Deoria. She was pursuing her studies from RSD Academy.
The authority is continuing to investigate the case of her death.
