Dea Store Meulaboh Viral MMS Video: A smartphone shop in Meulaboh city, located in Indonesia’s Aceh province, has suddenly become the focus of intense public attention after a late-night raid by local residents during Ramadan 2026. The incident, which involved a female employee and the shop owner being found inside the closed store, quickly spread across social media and triggered widespread online discussions.

The business, widely referred to online as “Dea Store,” is located on Jalan Teuku Umar in Gampong Panggong, Meulaboh. According to local reports, several residents began to grow suspicious after noticing that a young female employee remained inside the shop long after closing hours. The situation raised further concern when the shop owner, reportedly a 40-year-old man from outside West Aceh, was seen entering the premises late at night.
Local youth leaders reportedly decided to investigate the situation themselves after noticing the unusual activity. Shortly before the time of Imsak, which marks the beginning of the daily fast during Ramadan, residents approached the closed and darkened shop. When they entered the building, they found the two individuals inside a room together.
The discovery quickly sparked speculation among locals and later on social media. Early rumors circulating online suggested that the pair had been caught engaging in inappropriate behavior. However, village officials later clarified that there was no direct physical evidence proving that an illicit act had already taken place.
Dani, a representative of the local traditional village council known as Tuha Peut, explained that the situation became suspicious mainly because the shop was already closed and the employee had not returned home. When the owner arrived late at night and entered the shop, residents felt it was necessary to check what was happening inside.
The female employee involved in the incident has reportedly been identified as a 20-year-old woman who recently moved to Meulaboh from Medan in North Sumatra. After news of the raid began circulating online, the names of both the store and the location quickly became trending search terms across Indonesian social media platforms such as TikTok and X.
Because Aceh is the only province in Indonesia that enforces Islamic Sharia law, the matter was quickly handed over to the Wilayatul Hisbah, commonly known as the Islamic Sharia police. Authorities are now examining whether the situation falls under the violation known locally as “khalwat,” which refers to seclusion between unrelated men and women in private spaces.
Investigators are expected to review witness testimonies, statements from both individuals involved, and details surrounding the late-night encounter before deciding whether legal action will be taken. As of now, officials have not confirmed any charges against either person.
Meanwhile, the incident has also triggered a wave of misleading content online. Numerous social media posts and websites are circulating links claiming to show the “full Dea Store viral video.” Authorities and cybersecurity experts have warned that many of these links are fake and designed to trick users into clicking phishing websites or downloading malicious software.
Officials are urging the public to remain cautious and avoid spreading unverified videos or rumors. Community leaders in Meulaboh have also appealed to residents and social media users to respect the privacy of those involved while the investigation is ongoing.
The case continues to draw attention across Indonesia, particularly because it took place during the holy month of Ramadan and within Aceh’s strict moral legal framework. Authorities say they will provide further updates once the investigation is completed and the facts surrounding the incident are fully established.
